Can I get a printed sample?

The worst thing for our reputation is that the customer isn't satisfied with their orders colors, graphic placement or other important details. This is why we create mockup images that are exactly what your final print will look like. Revisions can be made until the design looks exactly how the final product should be. Yes you can also get a physical sample created. Depending on the order size there may or may not be additional fees for creating samples.

How do I get a quote?

Getting a quote for screen printing is easy using our online Apparel Printing Quote. Select your garment style from our online product catalog. Calculate the number of items you'll need & sizes. (we can give you quotes without knowing the exact sizes you need just remember 2xl shirts and up cost extra.) Count how many different colors are in your artwork per side or design. If you have your art already check our FAQ on accepted files. We prefer vector files but accept jpeg's if they are 300 dpi or better. Once you have everything together email it all to us or give us a call and we can give you a quote!

What is silk screen printing?

Silk screen printing is a popular method of textile printing. Using a pattern of insoluble material outlined on a mesh grid made of finely woven fabric which is called the silk screen. When ink placed inside the screen is pushed or pulled with a squeegee over the exposed outline inking the garment on only the designated areas. Using multiple screens you can print as many colors as you want, even complex color blends.

What type of image file should I use?

We prefer to use "vector art files" but our design department can accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), PDF, Encapsulated Post Script (.eps), JPEG, and TIFF. All supplied art work should be at least 300 DPI, and also include any fonts you are using in your design. The client is responsible for all submitted art work.

How does the ordering process work?

The ordering process can be started with a simple email or phone call. Simply pick a style, send us your design or let us create one for you, and we can start printing your shirts! Here is a more detailed step by step breakdown of the screen printing process. You should pick the style of garment you'll want to print your design on then prepare your artwork. If you've already selected your artwork, you'll need to make sure its ready for screen printing. You'll need to know how many colors you'll need, exact placement of where you'll want your design and size. If you need help with any of these steps we'll be happy to help walk you through the process. If you need rush service you'll need to let us know, if not normal turn around time is 10 business days plus any shipping time. Any printing job less than 7 business days is considered a rush and carries extra fees. We can rush ship normal turn around time orders if you want! After submitting this information via phone or email, we'll provide you with a quote and estimated completion date for your order. As soon as we receive full payment we'll start your order. Advance payment is a standard in the screen printing business due to the upfront cost of buying t-shirts and screen printing supplies. We'll email you a proof of your artwork and confirmation of colors, size, and location. If everything looks exactly the way you want then we'll start your order right away!
