How Does the Ordering Process Work? |

The ordering process can be started with a simple email or phone call. Simply pick a style, send us your design or let us create one for you, and we can start printing your shirts! Here is a more detailed step by step breakdown of the screen printing process.
- You should pick the style of garment you'll want to print your design on then prepare your artwork.
- If you've already selected your art work, you'll need to make sure its ready for screen printing. Go here to see acceptable file types: http://www.atlantashirt.com/index.php/General/what-type-of-image-file-should-i-use.html
- You'll need to know how many colors you'll need, exact placement of where you'll want your design and size. If you need help with any of these steps we'll be happy to help walk you through the process.
- If you need rush service you'll need to let us know, if not normal turn around time is 10 business days plus any shipping time. Any printing job less than 7 businessdays is considered a rush and carries extra fees. We can rush ship normal turn around time orders if you want!
- After submitting this information via phone or email, we'll provide you with a quote and estimated completion date for your order. As soon as we receive full payment or a fifty percent deposit we'll start your order. Advance payment is a standard in the screen printing business due to the upfront cost of buying t-shirts and screen printing supplies. Orders can be started with a fifty percent deposit, but will not be shipped or delivered until the remaining payment is received. Deposits may be made via cash, check, or Paypal.
- We'll email you a proof of your artwork and conformation of colors, size, and location. If everything looks exactly the way you want then we'll start your order right away! If you notice any problems or want to make changes, simply reply to your proof email or call us and we'll send a new proof with your corrections until your satisfied!
- Atlanta Shirt then starts your custom printing job, and normally ships or is ready for pick up the day the job is finished.
- An Atlanta Shirt representative will then send you your tracking number, and follow up after delivery to ensure that your garments arrived.
- When picking up your order the balance of your bill is due at that time. We accept CASH or CHECKS. If you must pay your balance via Paypal a 3% processing fee will be added to your balance.
